Fair-chance hiring leads (update)

A few employers in Fresno say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 16 months. Has anyone worked at these places?
