Fair-chance hiring leads (update)

A few employers in Portland say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
