Fair-chance hiring leads (update)

A few employers in Austin say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The HR contact was kind and direct.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
