Fair-chance hiring leads (update)

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Albuquerque, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 9 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
