Fair-chance hiring leads (update)

A few employers in Madison say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Any experience at all would help. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
