Fair-chance hiring leads (update)

A few employers in Cincinnati say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 7 months. Has anyone worked at these places?
