Fair-chance hiring leads (Portland)

A few employers in Portland say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Portland, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
