Fair-chance hiring leads (Portland)

A few employers in Portland say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
