Fair-chance hiring leads (Portland)

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. It has been a long 16 weeks. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 3 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
