Fair-chance hiring leads (Pittsburgh)

A few employers in Pittsburgh say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 4 months. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
