Fair-chance hiring leads (Memphis)

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
