Fair-chance hiring leads, marketing coordinator here

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. It has been a long 14 weeks. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
