Fair-chance hiring leads (Little Rock)

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. It has been a long 18 weeks. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
