Fair-chance hiring leads (Kansas City)

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
