Fair-chance hiring leads, hotel front-desk agent here

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. It has been weighing on me all week. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
