Fair-chance hiring leads (Fresno)

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 13 months. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
