Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

A few employers in Spokane say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 8 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
