Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

A few employers in Louisville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a security officer before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
