Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

A few employers in Charlotte say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 10 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
