Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

A few employers in Fresno say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Fresno, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case.

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
