Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

A few employers in Cincinnati say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
