Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

A few employers in Tulsa say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Tulsa, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
