Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

Zara Halvorsen · 2026-07-15T09:10:06.164Z

A few employers in Dallas say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 7 months. Has anyone worked at these places?
