Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

A few employers in Louisville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
