Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

A few employers in Richmond say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
