Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
