Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
