Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

A few employers in Denver say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 9 months.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
