Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Tucson, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
