Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
