Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
