Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

A few employers in Jacksonville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
