Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
