Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
