Fair-chance hiring leads - first time posting

A few employers in Milwaukee say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Milwaukee, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
