I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
