Fair-chance hiring leads, dental hygienist here

A few employers in Cleveland say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
