Fair-chance hiring leads (Dallas)

A few employers in Dallas say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
