Fair-chance hiring leads

A few employers in Honolulu say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Honolulu, in case local advice matters. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
