A few employers in Cincinnati say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Any experience at all would help. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
