Fair-chance hiring leads (Chicago)

Kwame Winters · 2026-06-07T22:47:00.731Z

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Chicago, in case local advice matters. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
