Fair-chance hiring leads (Charlotte)

A few employers in Charlotte say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 10 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
