Fair-chance hiring leads (Boise)

A few employers in Boise say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Boise, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 17 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
