Fair-chance hiring leads - any advice?

A few employers in Atlanta say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 17 months. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
