Fair-chance hiring leads - any advice?

A few employers in Jacksonville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 8 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
