Fair-chance hiring leads - any advice?

A few employers in Buffalo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 14 months.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
