Fair-chance hiring leads - any advice?

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
