Fair-chance hiring leads - any advice?

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. Thank you in advance. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 11 months.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
