Fair-chance hiring leads - any advice?

A few employers in Omaha say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Omaha, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
