Fair-chance hiring leads - any advice?

A few employers in Toledo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
